Does it cost me anything to use an agent on new construction?
Often the builder pays the buyer's agent fee, but not always, and terms differ by builder. We confirm how we are paid in writing, in your buyer representation agreement, before you tour or sign anything.
Can I add an agent after I have already visited the model?
Sometimes, but many builders will not allow it. That is why we ask you to contact us before your first visit to any sales office or model home.
Should I use the builder's lender?
Builders sometimes offer incentives tied to their preferred lender. We help you compare that offer against outside lenders so you can see the real total cost.
Do I need an inspection on a brand new home?
We recommend it. Independent inspections before drywall and before closing can catch issues while they are still easy to fix.
